My recent stay at Hotel Sporting Club for a gourmet getaway left me both satiated and impressed. As an art historian accustomed to Italy's culinary delights, I found solace in the hotel's innovative dishes and delightful ambiance. One evening, after a day of lounging by the pool, I embarked on a culinary journey at the hotel's esteemed restaurant. Opting for a local delicacy, I savored the flavors of a tantalizing seafood risotto paired with a crisp, regional white wine. The attentive staff added a touch of flair to the experience, ensuring every gastronomic desire was met.As twilight painted the sky, I found myself at the bar, sipping on a well-crafted Negroni. The ambiance was a symphony of relaxation and sophistication, a true reflection of the hotel's charm. However, come breakfast, the lack of space and insufficient cups for a proper cappuccino hindered the experience slightly.
